Stephanie Gularte | The Energy Advantage
Stephanie Gularte is the founder and CEO of The Energy Advantage, LLC. As an experienced leader, a certified executive leadership coach, a certified wellness practitioner, and a certified health coach, Stephanie has built a unique leadership track record, successfully integrating business leadership with a wellness ethos. Throughout more than twenty years of executive and creative leadership with organizations around the United States, Stephanie has learned to cultivate cultures of strategic effectiveness and passionate engagement among board members, directors, staff, and community stakeholders.
Today, Stephanie integrates her leadership and strategic planning expertise with her passion for individual and organizational wellness to help empower leaders to live and lead well and to build businesses that thrive. Through research-backed data about workplace wellbeing, wellbeing-centered workplace process and policies, health promotion, workplace stress and burnout, physical and emotional fitness, mindset, and energy management she delivers workplace wellness and leadership workshops and retreats designed to promote transformational change. Her retreats, workshops and trainings include topics ranging from leadership wellbeing, workplace engagement and resilience, stress and burnout reduction, multi-generational team collaboration, projecting vitality, and other topics that promote individual and organizational success and wellbeing.
Stephanie is a fractional CEO for the Women's Leadership Alliance, a nationwide organization dedicated to gender equity in the wealth management profession. She is also a CEO Circle facilitator and a trainer with the Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay where she consults on a range of topics and leads workshops on leadership soft skills, team-building, workplace culture. Stephanie also volunteers her time as a coach for graduating MBA students through the University of Tampa, helping young professionals identify their goals, clarify their paths and energize their plans forward. Stephanie is committed to supporting the development of vibrant, diverse and inclusive communities and has partnered with other leaders on civic planning projects to enhance vitality in communities on the west and east coasts.

General Tony Thomas | U.S. Army, Retired
General Raymond A. Thomas III previously served as the 11th Commander of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. Prior to assuming command of USSOCOM, Gen. Thomas served as Commander, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), Fort Bragg, N.C.
Gen. Thomas’ other assignments as a general officer include: Associate Director for Military Affairs at the Central Intelligence Agency; Commanding General, NATO Special Operations Component Command – Afghanistan; Deputy Commanding General, JSOC; Deputy Director for Special Operations, The Joint Staff in the Pentagon; Assistant Division Commander, 1st Armor Division in Iraq; and Assistant Commanding General, JSOC.
Prior to being promoted to brigadier general, Gen. Thomas also served as the JSOC Chief of Staff and Director of Operations. His other formative and key, joint and special operations assignments include: Commander, Joint Task Force – Bravo, Soto Cano, Honduras; Commander, 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Savannah, Ga.; and Commander, B Squadron, 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment – Delta, Fort Bragg, N.C.
He is a graduate of the US Army War College, Carlisle, Penn., and the Naval Command and Staff College, Newport, R.I.
Gen. Thomas is a native of Philadelphia, Pa. He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., and was commissioned an infantry second lieutenant upon graduation in 1980.
Gen. Thomas and his wife Barbara have two sons, both of whom are United States Military Academy graduates, Tony (Class of 2007) and Michael (Class of 2008).
Gen. Thomas retired from the United States Army in March 2019. He served for 39 years.
Dr. Darryl Wright-Greene | Chief HR & Talent Officer at St. Petersburg College (SPC)
Dr. Darryl Wright-Greene is the Chief Human Resources and Talent Officer at St. Petersburg College. As a certified Human Resources professional with 15 years of experience, he has led and served in multiple HR departments within education, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. Dr. Wright-Greene is responsible for all HR functions within SPC, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Wellness, Organizational and Performance Management, Training and Development, Succession and Workforce Planning, and HR Systems and Data.
Before Dr. Wright-Greene joined SPC, he was the Executive Director of HR and the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for the Richland Campus of Dallas College, formerly known as Dallas County Community College District. Additionally, he has held positions as the Director of HR and Operations, HR Benefits Manager, and HR Liaison. His education, extensive background, and management abilities have allowed him to become an asset to different employers throughout his career.
Dr. Wright-Greene is a first-generation college student who earned bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Telecommunications from Michigan State University. He also earned two master's degrees, an MBA from Madonna University, and a master's degree in Divinity from Ashland University. Dr. Wright-Greene earned a Ph.D. Degree in Higher Education Administration from Liberty University.
Haley Crum | Co-President, FrankCrum
Haley Crum is the Co-President of FrankCrum, a company that offers professional employer services to businesses of all sizes. FrankCrum provides payroll and tax solutions, workers’ compensation insurance,
employee benefits, HR support, risk management, compliance guidance and commercial insurance. Haley also leads FrankCrum Staffing as President, an enterprise that has served both hiring managers and job seekers for more than 40 years. Haley earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law and serves as inhouse counsel. Haley has a passion for inspiring and investing in people, both inside and outside of the business. She is a member of National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) Board of Directors, as well as President of Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) and the American Staffing Association (ASA). Haley has also served on the Board of Directors for the Homeless Empowerment Program since 2015, including as Board Chair from 2019-2021.

Laurie Hill | Collaborative Labs at St. Petersburg College (SPC)
Laurie joined the Collaborative Labs in January of 2016 and leverages her extensive marketing and business management experience to help match clients to the Collaborative Labs products and services.
Laurie has worked in marketing and sales for more than 35 years in both the secular and faith-based workplace. Her work has encompassed marketing for multiple industries within the healthcare field in the Tampa Bay area as well as ownership of multiple small businesses. Laurie excels in using her business acumen and active listening skills to demonstrate the possible outcomes a client can achieve to reach their organizational goals. She is the founder of the Christian Chamber of Commerce in the Tampa Bay area and authored the book I Am in Business.
